SBAK provided technical assistance to Indrasarowar Rural Municipality in Makawanpur to formulate its Second Periodic Plan (2083/84–2087/88) by mobilizing a team of experts consisting of Dr. Hem Raj Lamichhane, Dr. Krishna Raj Pant, Mr. Bishnu Prasad Nepal, Mr. Surendra Wagle, Mr. Pramod Bhattarai, and Mr. Deepak Neupane.
